Frequently asked questions
Credits are the billing unit in Make. Each action your scenario performs consumes credits. Most actions consume 1 credit; advanced AI features may consume more.
A scenario is an automated workflow that you build in Make. It connects apps and services, moves data, applies logic, and runs on a schedule or trigger.
Each module action consumes credits. Depending on complexity, scenarios can range from a few credits to thousands. You can add extra credits or upgrade anytime.
Scenarios won’t continue to run until credits are added. We notify you as you approach limits. You can purchase extra credits or enable auto top‑ups on eligible plans.
Usage allowance scales with credits purchased and includes items like data stores, data storage, transfer, incomplete execution storage, and webhook queue capacity.
Credits expire at the end of the term.
Extra credits follow the same rules as pre‑purchased credits and expire after one month (monthly) or at the end of the annual term.
Core, Pro, and Teams accept major credit cards, ACH direct debit, and Google Pay. Enterprise also supports wire transfer after invoice.
Annual billing offers a discount compared with monthly billing. We also support eligible non‑profits — contact us for details.
Enterprise Apps unlock complex use cases and enterprise systems. Custom Apps let you connect any service with a public API. 300+ REST API endpoints provide fine‑grained access to the Make platform. Standard Apps are ready‑made integrations for 2,000+ apps.
On downgrade, scenarios using higher‑tier features will be stopped and credits adjusted to the new plan. You’ll be notified before changes take effect.
You can cancel anytime. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the billing period, then your organization switches to Free. You can keep your account and sign in anytime.
