These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Battery of New Zealand Ltd (“BNZ”, “we”, “our”) products, services, and website. By purchasing from or using BNZ, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and services

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions are accurate but do not guarantee they are error-free.

2. Orders and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. All prices are in NZD and include GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Delivery and collection

We deliver via trusted third-party logistics companies. Delivery times are estimates only. Click & Collect orders must be collected within the agreed timeframe.

4. Warranty and returns

Manufacturer warranties apply and may vary by product. Warranties are valid only when registered with accurate vehicle details. Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

5. Used battery recycling

We may offer recycling services for used batteries. Any rebates are subject to market conditions and may change without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BNZ’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.

7. Trade accounts and partners

Trade account holders are subject to separately agreed terms. BNZ is not responsible for products sold or installed by unauthorised parties.

8. Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase or registering a product.

9. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
